Im still waiting for mine, I called today and spoke to the rudest CS ever! I received my tracking last Thursday and the tracking kept basically saying there is no package with the TR, and when I told the CS that what USPS said, she told me if I don't file a claim with USPS that they will not resend me a box, but USPS said I can't do a claim if it never was in the system. And we are already coming to the second week in September!
