Best Skin Care Accessories for Summer
With summer coming up, it's important to shine. That means taking care of your skin. It can be easy to focus on skin care products themselves - making sure that they're healthy and good for your face while providing sun protection - but something a lot of people don't think is important are their skin care products. These are going to get you ready to positively glow.
Exfoliating Towels
It's important to make sure that you get rid of any dead skin if you want your face to look radiant. While using an actual exfoliate, like sugar mixed with olive or sunflower oil, is a great way to revitalize your skin, it's simply not possible to do that every day.
That's where an exfoliating skin towel comes in. They'll make sure that your skin stays beautiful and soft, without causing any irritation. As a bonus, you'll be able to use your favorite cleanser, rather than picking a harsh exfoliate.
Tea Tree Oil Facial Blotting Tissues
Tea Tree Oil Tissues are the must have no one knows about. They allow you to take care of blemishes before they get nasty! Summertime can be extremely taxing for those of us who have oily skin, considering the heat, but with tea tree oil tissues, you can take care of your oil problems simply and anywhere.
While you do want to glow, too much oil causes shininess that can be unpleasant, and tea tree oil is one of the best ways to cut back. If you have oily skin, consider buying tea tree oil products in general, so you can take care of your skin. It's natural and just as effective (if not more) than chemical alternatives.
Blackhead Skin Care Tool
You may have always been taught never to pop your zits, but by using a blackhead skin care tool, such as this one from Sally's, you can get rid of blackheads without risking infection or that horrible swelling. Blackheads are notoriously difficult to get rid of, even with plenty of facials, so this is one of the top ways to keep your skin looking beautiful all summer long.
Make sure you're treating the problem at the source too, though. Wash your face regularly with products that don't irritate your skin and try not to touch your face as often. Preventing blackheads is even better than getting rid of them.
Pumice Stone
Getting ready to wear flip flops takes a lot of time, considering your feet have been stuck in shoes for so long! After you get your pedicure, make sure to regularly rub your feet with a pumice stone so that you can get rid of all that dead skin and keep calluses from forming.
While the exfoliating towels are great for your face, the rough skin on your feet can be a little bit trickier, so the pumice stone is great. You can also soak your feet in olive oil or scented oil after you're done, to keep your skin extra smooth and soft.
Make sure to take care of your skin this summer, considering the extra UV rays can take a toll on it! These skin care accessories should help you maintain your skin all season long.
